Wind resource assessment at high altitudes

Long-range Lidar measurements on converter station at DolWin gamma; 1st Lidar performs PPI scans in westerly sector to determine main wind direction, 2nd Lidar performs staring mode measurements that are aligned with main wind direction every 10 mins (elevation angle of 10 deg)
