The RUNE and Balcony scanning-lidar experiments

Presentation at the NEWA Final Workshop in Bilbao. It provides a description of the RUNE and Balcony experiments using scanning lidars, among other systems, to measure the the flow field in a coastal transition (RUNE) and above a patchy forest canopy (Balcony). Both experiments are available open-access.
